Susan has been teaching Dru Yoga since 2011. A style of hatha yoga, Dru incorporates both traditional asana (posture) as well as flowing sequences, visualisation and deep guided relaxation. Dru is influenced by tai chi and qi going; the joints are kept soft to allow energy to flow around the body. A great style for beginners, Dru is also suitable those looking for a style of yoga to help manage well-being and raise energy levels. Studies have demonstrated that Dru is particularly effective in reducing stress and easing back pain.
