Hannah is an experienced yoga teacher, incorporating dynamic Hatha and Vinyasa styles of yoga. Not only does yoga have the obvious physical benefits, but it has huge emotional & mental wellbeing benefits too. Hannah aims to stress these benefits throughout the class & help the individuals to gain a positive awareness about their physical body & their mind.

Students will be led through a class where each posture flows into the next in synchronisation with the breath. The classes are suitable for all levels of fitness and yoga experience.
