Sara Badr | Counsellor

Things can throw us off course, and we can lose ourselves sometimes. It is ok to need support through difficult times. It may just be that you need someone to talk to about what’s going on in your life, something you are struggling with…and that’s ok.

Sara can help you by offering a warm and safe space where you will be listened to. A place where you can explore your emotional difficulties without judgement and at a pace that suits you.

She has worked as a counsellor in various organisations, including working with trauma and abuse sufferers and young people aged between 6 and 25. However, there are many other mental health problems connected to this, including depression, anxiety, OCD, anger and eating disorders, to name but a few. Sara can help with these too.

Sara has experience working with a wide range of mental health problems and clients of all ages. As an integrative counsellor, she works mainly as a “person-centred therapist” in the sense that you direct the session yourself. However, she also brings in other approaches to suit your individual needs. Whatever is right for you will be the focus of the session.
