Yoga Nidra is a powerful, stress-busting form of yoga. As your mind and body fall into a state of deep rest, your heart beat and brainwaves slow and a sense of calm and wellbeing descends.

The class is a form of relaxing guided meditation. It’s great for people who have a hard time letting go of their day.

There’s very little movement involved¬† – you lie flat on your back throughout.

Once you purchase, you’ll be sent a confirmation email with Zoom details for the class or classes.
